HydroTech SSF batch units are used for water softening at facilities where a break in the supply of softened water is allowed or storage tanks are available. It is possible to use HydroTech SSF units as a second stage in two-stage water treatment at facilities operating high-pressure hot water boilers, as well as steam boilers. In this case, the residual hardness of the drinking water after the second stage of softening will remain within 0.01 mg.eq/l. As a water softening unit of the first stage, we recommend using continuous installations.
